Jason P. Howe is a self-taught British photographer known for taking on the British MOD and the publics right to know.  He spent more than a decade documenting conflicts in Colombia, Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan for many of the world's most respected publications, such as the New York Times, Newsweek, The Times and Sunday Times,  USA Today, The Financial Times, The Daily and Sunday Telegraph, The Guardian and  The Observer amongst others to shoot hard news and feature assignments for them in some of the world's most troubled regions. His images have been published widely in daily newspapers in the UK, US and Europe and have appeared in magazines such as Rolling Stone, Time, Esquire, GQ, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Science et Vie, Monocle and Le Figaro as well as in and on the covers of numerous books. His work has also been exhibited in both solo and group shows internationally and shown in festival screenings around the world.  Jason has retired from the front line and is endeavoring to pursue a simple life. ​His long term project on Colombia was published in 2008 as a monograph: COLOMBIA: Between the Lines. available from Amazon UK.​​​​
